Once your company is registered with the <\/span>Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN)<\/b>, you may need to assign a director to represent the company in tax matters. This can be done online through the <\/span>MyTax portal<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

In this guide, we\u2019ll show you how to log in to MyTax and assign yourself (or another individual) as the company\u2019s director.<\/span><\/p>

Step 1: Access the MyTax Portal<\/b><\/h2>

Navigate to the MyTax login page:<\/span>

Step 2: Login With Your Individual Account<\/b><\/h2>

Login into your MyTax account.<\/span><\/p>

Step 3: Navigate to \u201cProfile\u201d<\/b><\/h2>

Click on the Profile button on top right.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Step 4: Fill in the Role Application Form<\/b><\/h2>
  1. Navigate to the \u201cRole Application\u201d tab. <\/span><\/li>
  2. Select \u201cNew Application\u201d in Type of Application. <\/span><\/li>
  3. Select \u201cDirector of the company \/ Organization Administrator\u201d in Type of Role.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Fill in the Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the company. <\/span>
    <\/span>Remark: Upon entering your company’s Tax Identification Number, the taxpayer information including Company Name, TIN and email will be shown. You could verify the information before proceeding to the next step. <\/span><\/li>
  5. Upload company\u2019s \u201cSection 14\u201d as the supporting document. <\/span><\/li>
  6. Check the declaration box to confirm your authority to represent the company for authorization to submit forms electronically on behalf of your company. Then click on the \u201cSubmit\u201d button.

    Step 5: Sign with Digital Signature<\/b><\/h2>

    A pop-up window will appear asking you to enter your NRIC number and MyTax password as digitla signature.<\/span><\/p>
